The US markets closed in the red on Wednesday.

Dow Jones closed at 13968.05 down 79.26 points or 0.56 percent.
Nasdaq Composite closed at 2729.43 down 17.68 points or 0.64 percent.

Europian Markets

The Europian markets closed in the green on Wednesday.

FTSE (UK) closed at 6535.20 up 34.80 points or 0.54%.
DAX (Germany) closed at 7955.30 up 8.51 points or 0.11%
CAC (France) closed at 5806.18 up 6.91 points or 0.12%.

Asian Markets

The Asian markets closed mixed on Wednesday.

NIKKEI(JAPAN) closed at 17199.89 up 153.11 points.
HANG SENG (HONG KONG) closed at 27479.94 down 719.81 points.
KOSPI (SOUTH KOREA) closed at 2014.09 up 51.42 points.
STRAITS TIMES (SINGAPORE) closed at 3754.62 down 39.21 points.
Composite Index (CHINA) Closed at 5552.301 up 142.9 points.
SENSEX (INDIA) closed at 17847.04 up 518.42 points.
NIFTY (INDIA) closed at 5210.8 up 141.85 points.

Today’s Market outlook

Yesterday our markets had another strong session and the Sensex went almost upto 18000 levels. The rally was led by Power, Construction, Real Estate and Oil & Gas sectors. The US markets have closed in the red yesterday and the Asian markets have also opened in the red today, we expect some consolidation and profit booking today. The Sensex has a strong support placed at 17600 levels.
