a)Company law compliance
Incorporation of Companies, Obtaining DIN (Director Identification Number) and Digital Signatures, Maintenance of statutory registers and compliance of various provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Preparation of various forms and returns to be filed with Registrar of Companies. We provide corporate advisory services on issues emanating from Companies Act and other allied laws.

Representation of the companies before the Company Law Board and Regional Director.

b)Taxation

c)Labour Laws
We provide advisory services on applicability and implications of various Labour laws such as Factories Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Provident Fund Act, ESI, etc. We prepare and file various returns under Provident Fund Act, ESI, etc. on behalf of our client companies.
d)Miscellaneous
We represent our clients before various consumer forums under consumer protection Act and before the MRTP Commission. We also process the applications of our clients for registration of Trade Marks, Patents and Copyrights.
