US Markets
The stock indeces came down on higher volumes on Monday, closing at lows of the day. Some profit booking was seen as Dow had reached its all time high.
Dow Jones closed at 13062.91 down 58.03 points or 0.44 percent
Nasdaq Composite closed at 2525.09 down 32.12 points or 1.26 percent.
Europian Markets
The Europian Markets ended with gains on Monday.
FTSE (UK) closed at 6449.20 up 30.50 points or 0.48%
DAX (Germany) closed at 7408.87 up 30.75 points or 0.42%
CAC (France) closed at 5960.04 up 29.27 points or 0.49%
Asian Markets
The Asian markets closed weak with major indices down about 1 percent.
NIKKEI (JAPAN) closed at 17225.06 down 175.35 points or 1.01%.
HANG SENG (HONG KONG) closed at 20318 down 207.52 points or 1.01%. .
KOSPI (SOUTH KOREA) closed at 1542.24.
STRAITS TIMES (SINGAPORE) closed at 3361.29.
SENSEX (INDIA) closed at 13872.37 down 36.21 points or 0.26%.
NIFTY (INDIA) closed at 4087.90 up 4.40 points or 0.11%.
BSE MIDCAP (INDIA) closed at 5795.72 up 62.19 points or 1.08%.
BSE SMALLCAP (INDIA) closed at 6993.84 up 52.36 points or 0.75%.

Today’s Market outlook
Yesterday after opening weak, our markets recovered smartly and indicated that they are still in an uptrend. Strong positive numbers announced by corporates and depreciating rupee led the recovery. The stock markets in India will remain closed today and tomorrow and will open on thursday.
