The US markets have closed deep in the red on account of week data and appreciation of Yen against dollor. The Asian Markets are all down from 2 to 3.5 percent, and we expect our opening no different from that, we should open about 100 points down on NIFTY and 300-400 points down on Sensex.

It poses a good opportunity to short sell early in the morning if you are able to crack a deal before markets collapse. There would be a gap down opening and in case your target stocks open about 4 to 6 percent down then do not go short and rather wait for an oversold condition to go long.
