US fed meeting is scheduled today and some interest rate hike is expected which will have an adverse effect on the markets. Global markets are down today due to interest rate concerns. There will be pressure on the sensex as well, but some short covering may take place due to impending expiry of June F&O series, which will keep the sensex from falling sharply. However midcaps may take a hard hit.
